Bought car in March 2020. Front grill fell off in a week. Have replaced parts on air conditioner and was just informed radiator needs replaced.

I remember the issue with the grill; I thought we had that fixed right away; is there still a problem? We were never made aware of the a/c issue or the radiator, and unfortunately sometimes these things happen with used cars, but if you bring your car in we’ll gladly help in any way that we can!

We arrived in Topeka with some trouble going on with our truck, my husband went to Auto Zone who recommended this lovely group of people. My husband tells me that Sam left an auction to come see him about the truck, we didn't have an appointment, they fixed what they could so we could hopefully get back on the road and make it to our destination today. Putting a price tag on AV had goal in selling a vehicle that hasn't even been checked out yet was definitely what they did to me. I would not recommend them at all to anyone I spent $3000 on a car paid for all of it and didnot have it with in the 1st week and it died on the highway in they gave me some spiel about it running out of gas when I had half a tank of gas in it long be home the timing belt went out in it and the camshaft sensor I got to drive my car that I bought from them for about a month and then ended up puttin... read more
