Very kind helpful an excellent people. They go out of there way to make you feel like family an there glad to help you out
This is a very friendly place, with perfect and timely communication, especially from nurse Paulina. She's incredibly committed with patients and cautious when it comes to details. I think she's an added value to this office. Also, Dr. P. Carter is very professional and a good listener to each and every one of his patients' concerns, and always gave me solutions that left me very satisfied. Thank you. Best, Hertel.
I had a appointment May 6th 2025 it is now 3 weeks later and I am still waiting for someone to send my order for a Catscan to my insurance company for authorization, I have been calling the office only to be told we will send a message to the person who handles this,Nazareth central scheduling has also called on my behalf and so has my insurance company just to be told we will send a message, I don't understand how a Dr's office can operate this way
