I was charged 50 dollars for a missed appt. Even when they said they called. My records show no missed calls. Always feel rushed out, Dr rarely explains the side effects to medications. As a customer always have to hold back the doctor and ask questions and he walks out while explaining questions. it seems like he is on a time limit and rushed. The girls at the front office are horrible at customer service.
