Worst Dr's office that I have ever taken my dad too. There's one receptionist that is nice and patient but everyone else in that office always acts like they're in the worst mood. There is no communication between the office to patient to dr. The dr my father had seen doesn't listen to the issues he's trying to have fixed and doesn't follow up with anything regarding his past visits. This was the worst working office we have ever seen and I felt so sorry for my dad having to put up with it for so long.
Called to make an appointment here, the person answering had an attitude literally hung up the phone no thank you bye anything. If that’s the way my 1st appointment is gonna start I rather not deal with it. 2 stars just cause I don’t know anything about the physicians
Keep getting phone calls that I owe for a no show appointment. Problem is, I haven’t lived in amarillo for 11 years and did not make an appointment to see a dr there. Never even visited this clinic when we lived in Amarillo!
Dr. Derrell DeLoach is the best primary care physician you could ever have in life!! He is so dedicated, hard-working, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring about his patients!! What a blessing it is to have a doctor who goes above and beyond to treat medical conditions with heartfelt concern and true expertise!! Thank you a million for everything you have done for Mommy and my medical needs through the years!! God bless you always!!
Family member went in for a only a "wellness", but everything was pushed as an upsell to increase the cost of the visit. Family member was not listened to and tons of extra labs were ordered without clear explanation, costing way more than previous years. They will not review labs unless you come in for a second visit (another money grab). Had been going here for years and had liked it, but we are done. Keep your guard up.
