My mother, who just wanted to set up an appointment for an annual physical was told that she had to first have an establishment appointment. She requested to just have the physical but they required an establishment visit. In this appointment she was allowed to talk to a doctor for around 10 minutes. After this appointment then they allowed her to have her annual physical. She now has a bill for $476.00 just for the establishment visit! All of the ladies at this clinic were so friendly and helpful. This was my first visit and Ana Prado and her nurse were so helpful and I was so comfortable talking to them.
Nurse Monica was very helpful to take my phone call when my nurse was unavailable and got my message to my provider Ana and called me back same day. Very professional, I highly recommend this facility and their staff.
