I had a wonderful experience with both my nurse and provider. They were kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. My nurse Monica was very thorough and my provider Leslee took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure I felt heard. Melissa always makes sure to take care of my needs when my nurse Monica is unavailable. It’s so refreshing to receive care from a team that genuinely cares about their patients.I highly recommend this office.
For the past three years, Leslee Rosas has provided me with outstanding care, marked by prompt prescription fulfillment and a caring attitude. I give Ana Prado a 5 star however, I had a frustrating experience with the front desk staff Yneice at this office. I accidentally marked on my son’s doctor’s note and returned to request a simple reprint. The receptionist refused and told me it was “against the law” to provide another copy, which is inaccurate and misleading. I completely understand offices having policies, but the way this was handled felt dismissive and unhelpful.
