Team in the office was friendly and professional. I was a little taken aback by all of the forms I had to fill out ahead of the appointment but made check in smooth. I have tried calling the office since my appointment on multiple occasions to change the pharmacy for my scripts and cannot get anyone on the phone! I also used the portal to email my request...crickets.
I received a thorough physical from a caring doctor and didn't have to wait at all.
I would like to suggest that the survey be redesigned and modernized, it currently includes too many repeated unnecessary questions.
Dr. Liu is outstanding Doctor. She is perceptive and connects to dots. She provides great insight to ways you can improve your health.
