I have used Dr May for years and I love his new nurse Nicole … very thorough and was prompt to respond and follow up on my need for a refill on medicine.
The doctor - Dr. Howell - was not very nice. I have never been made to feel like this at a doctors office. He made me feel like I didn’t care about my own health. He was confrontational when I tried to recall information to answer his questions. He didn’t even really give me a chance to answer questions. He asked if I’d like to see a psychiatrist instead of talking with me about my health. He didn’t listen or care what I had to say. I left in tears.
