I have been a loyal patient since I was 10 years old I am 30 years old and to be turned away and the way I was and given ultimatum pay and come back tomorrow during the day miss work and pick up my money after they ran the coverage! I not at fault nor is my child. Businesses like this need to be called out, I wish Dr. Hiram Garcia was still I the office and he would take care of te patient to the world end. I'm sorry doctor, but the people you left behind are not good people to your patients.
The wait was long lots of people sick but Dr Kinde is the best!

Brought my son in for his 17 year physical on Tuesday and on Friday I requested his sports physical form be filled out so he can play basketball and I was informed that he has to be seen again. The office staff informed me that the physical is the same but they can bill medicaid for both physicals and he has to wait 3 weeks before they can do the sports physical because medicaid won't pay if it's before the 3 weeks. Then we wonder why this country is so broke. How dare you bill medicaid twice for the same exam. This is theft... read more
