⚠️ WAIT TIME OUTRAGEOUS⚠️ Appointment at 11am and didn’t get seen till 2:23pm. Just to be told nothing...Wasn’t given any medication, no treatment, no possibilities of what it could be wrong with me. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!
I can NEVER have a normal visit where I can get home with the right meds, where there is no need to call them to change meds that don't go thru, where they don't send me back and forth from pharmacy to clinic. Add to that the bad service in the reception area aside from taking a long time to see the practitioner. During covid they get paid same amount of money per doctor visit via online yet their service STILL is the worst. I have gone at different times and different days and have never been seen by the actual dr.
Took them 4 hours and counting to get seen...

Very bad service , just walked out cus they kicked us out , then They call me to go back not even 3 minutes later to go back that the Dr needs to see me , I just made some lab work, and know she needs to see me and make the labs again, mmm not good, plus lobby dirty not saying restrooms and back area as well, highly not recommend, get in contact me.
Wait time is horrible if you have an appointment. I signed in, and waited 4 hours. When I told them I had to leave and wanted to reschedule they were surprised I wasn't called. they had lost the sign in paper. I'm here for a follow up appointment I had at 5:30 and I'm still here almost 2 and half hours later.
Great doctors and staff been going there for 21 years
Fast customer service! Was in there fir 45 minutes including X-rays
I really enjoyed the staff. I was feeling miserable and I was taken care of.
