I believe the lady I had's name was either chirsty or kristen (she had blonde hair) and Ms. Mandy... they both took such good care of me while I was in their care. This will for sure be the doctor's office i chose from here on out. I could not recommend them enough! ❤️❤️❤️

RecommendedExcellent staff - treated me for my symptoms on site. There was a bit of a wait but that’s to be expected during this health crisis. The staff remained calm although I’m sure there were a multitude of demands being placed upon them.
I have been a patient for over 7 years at Family Medical, and today, I have never been treated so poorly as I was today! I have to come to the clinic every three months for med refills, back in May i was able to do a tele visit which was great because I live over an hour away, and I didn’t have to worry about exposure due to Covid. I called yesterday to see if they were still doing tele visits and they said they were no longer doing that, but since I was only coming in for med refills that I would be seen quickly....
