I’m not exaggerating, I waited on the phone for over two hours, only to be hung up on.
Called in today, caller number 15 and should be a 15min wait it says. I was on hold for an hour, finally thinking I’m the next caller. I was hung up on, I immediately called back and was back to caller number 10.
Reaching someone is painful. I have been calling for weeks, with no luck. I have sat on hold for 1.5-2 hours only to be hung up on. Tried calling from 9am no luck. No matter the time of day. This morning May 19th, I have been on hold since 9am and hung up on twice. It is now 10:46 am, and I am calling for the 3rd time; number 9 in the que. Dr Boyrazian (Senior and Junior) are wonderful doctors. The entire team are wonderful and they go above and beyond. Such a caring set of people. They are close to my heart.
