Terrible wait time. Rude receptionist when you call to make an appointment. Wait time to make an appointment over 10 minutes. And I've waited on a doctor with a previous appointment for over an hour and a half. Today's experience was the last straw and I won't go back.
Derby Family MedCenter is the best. Full care under one roof, pleasant atmosphere, and the best in medical care for the family. Hours that serve the people!!! Thank you to all the doctors and nurses there. Dr. Niederee is our favorite but we know him best.
Dr. Alvarado is the bomb diggity! Always super friendly and personable.
Dr Alvarado and her trusty nurse Lisa are a great team! They've been there for us for 15 years +!
