Great place. Friendly staff. Very competent
I adore Dr. Alvarado, but she's constantly out of the office and their policies are ridiculous. You can't see whichever doctor is first available. They'll ask you to wait a week until YOUR doctor is back in the office. They are constantly making administrative errors that delay prescriptions, and be prepared to hold for 10+ minutes if you try to call.

Dr. Alvarado was very patient during my wellness visit, sat down with me and wrote down everything I was concerned about! I've been seeing her for over 12 years and have never been disappointed. Big shout out to the lab tech that took my blood today, I didn't get her name but it was the best blood draw I've ever had and she was so sweet! They usually have a hard time with my veins and I usually black out and but none of that happened today!
Dr. Niederee has been my doc since 1984 great physician terrific bedside manner! You can’t can’t go wrong with Derby Family Med.
