Yesterday I got to watch a team of doctors and nurses deliver my niece and I want to say what a wonderful group of people they were ! thy were there for her every step of the way they made every effort to make her as comfortable as possible even that anesthesiologist was a riot I've never felt more comfortable in a Hospital big shout out to Dawn she was an awesome RN to everybody at Mercy who help deliver Arya Grace thank you all so much
The nurses and doctors were super rude and talked to me like I was a child. I will never return here
So far they have been pretty good I have not given birth yet but I have gotten my ultrasounds done here. Today being November 18 I have an ultrasound appointment at 10am it's now 10:30 and I have yet to be seen. I find this very unprofessional. If you can't meet supply and demand you need to figure it out expand or do something. If I was late even 10 mins I would be waiting over an hour and a half to been seen this is not acceptable have the common decency to call your patients and let them know it's going to be an hr wait.
The staff were outstanding and very reassuring to my daughter who delivered her precious baby 5 weeks early.
Great care here , caring nurses and staff . Made stay in hospital a pleasure .
