RecommendedBest hospital and nurses I ever had. I had my 3 babies here 2015 2018 and 2020. Best nurses Carmen , Joan , Katy , Awilda & Stephanie they were so kind and always checking on the baby and my self 💜. I felt so comfortable and safe having them around 🙏. I totally recommend this peaceful hospital 🤞🏼💓💓💓

No matter how bad of a day the triage nurse was having today, there’s absolutely no excuse on how she treated my daughter. To be so rude to her and ask her what she’s doing there and saying she shouldn’t be there , when she was told by the doctor to do so. She has health issues! Who does she think she is!? I’m absolutely disgusted by her behavior and feel so bad for anyone who has to deal with her.
Yes I would recommend this place for pregnant women to have there babys
I had such an awful experience at mercy. Mostly from the weekend nurse's how rude they are. My daughter got blood work done and they never gave me the results when i asked one of the nurse's it was like i was pulling teeth and was bothering her had such an awful experience at this place. When its suppose to be one of the best days of your life they made it unbearable. NEVER AGAIN! I had my first at Baystate and never had a problem. They where amazing when I had my baby girl 1-15-17
Just came back home after giving birth to my son at the Family Life Center. I have no words to express my gratitude to everyone there who helped me deliver my baby and then took such good care of us. Nurses Ana K., Irina, Stacey, Michelle, Wendy; the Pediatric's Director, Dr. Mitchell; and of course Dr. Costa - all of you did an outstanding job and were beyond supportive! God bless you all!
