We had an excellent experience when working David. He discussed the pros and cons of a Trust, and when we decided to open a Trust, he carefully walked us through the process making sure we understood each of the various documents needed to setup the Trust. We never felt rushed when talking to him. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal services.
David did a great job with my need for a trust to satisfy everything I wanted to accomplish. He asked all the right questions and brought up some things that needed to be done that I had not thought about. He covered all the legalize that was required to make sure all the details were correct and none were left out. If I have any future legal issues I will be quick to call on David Montgomery.
I needed to change several properties to my name as well as create a will. Mr Montgomery explained everything he was going to do and gave me a timeline. He completed everything accordingly. I am completely satisfied with the handling of my legal needs.
David Montgomery represented me as personal representative of a relative's estate. He was very upfront about the costs associated to administer an estate, which was particularly important to me due to the situation. David was a huge help in the long and hard process of dealing with my Dads estate. He was supportive throughout the whole process and had plenty of resources available to help with all of the road bumps that came with the legal system. he has made this a much easier to deal with.
