As a probate lawyer David processed everything that was needed from working with the realtor and closing the sale of my moms house, dealing with the creditors to quickly pay the outstanding bills, and helping with the sell of my moms car. David assisted with settling my late father’s estate. He did an excellent job going above and beyond where others fell short. I couldn’t recommend him enough!
We had an excellent experience when working David. He discussed the pros and cons of a Trust, and when we decided to open a Trust, he carefully walked us through the process making sure we understood each of the various documents needed to setup the Trust. We never felt rushed when talking to him. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal services.
David did a great job with my need for a trust to satisfy everything I wanted to accomplish. He asked all the right questions and brought up some things that needed to be done that I had not thought about. He covered all the legalize that was required to make sure all the details were correct and none were left out. If I have any future legal issues I will be quick to call on David Montgomery.
