Great Service i brought my car into service the other day after being at a different shop for over a week. the other shop was going to charge me an arm and a leg to have my car repaired. family hyundai really gave me a great price and the service was fantastic. their mechanics really know what they are doing and don't waste any time. my car was in and out in a day! now thats service!

Best Dealership! I really didn't go into Family Hyundai expecting to buy a car, I really thought, like at the other dealerships I have been to recently, that I would be given the run around. Tinley Park Hyundai dealer took care of us, treated us like gold! Family Hyundai is definitely the creme de la creme. They were awesome from the very first second. There was no haggling, the price they quoted is the price we got. My wife and I wasted 2 days being jerked around by other Hyundai dealers and almost didn't buy a Hyundai until we found Family Hyundai. 10 stars all the way!! THEY CARE!
Santa Fe My wife and I went into Family Hyundai to look at the Tucsons and we ended up buying a Santa Fe! It's a great SUV, good fuel economy too. Family Hyundai worked with us until we could agree on a payment. Very patient. I am very happy with the overall experience at Family. I give them 10 stars. Anyone looking for a new car should go there. You will leave with a smile on your face just like we did!
great service dept. i have never had such a pleasant experience in a car service department than i did at family hyundai. usually, if you take your car to the dealer, you over pay, NOT THE CASE AT FAMILY HYUNDAI! they really take care of your car and your wallet! they have my business for life!
