Had worse experience with this program. Never care or apologize for anything they promised me or my mom. Upmc are the worse hospitals system. We have to remember the people in Upmc don’t care
They are bad and they will not allow my friend to see her dad
Grief program here is a total joke. My mother passed away there last year. I needed time to myself to mentally recover. I was never told that I had to use the service right away, so when I was finally ready I couldn't have it anymore. Then the director finally makes it right by giving me a few free sessions,only to find out that they counsel over the phone? No in person at all really? So yeah probably one of the worst grief programs I ever saw in my entire life. I had to fight like crazy to finally get them to make it right ... read more
This place euthanized my mom like an animal because her insurance would only pay for a week in hospice. And they keep sending me a survey which I obviously do not want to do. They need to leave me alone.
