Predatory slumlords pretending to be a caring property management company, they should be ashamed of themselves. The place we moved into was dirty and unclean with trash in the front and back yard. It was clear they hadn't even inspected the property from the last person who moved out. Left a client with black mold for months.
Very disappointed with FHS. We had a rental property with FHS for six yrs. After our tenant stopped paying we had them evicted and found our home was destroyed. FHS had the home treated for rats/roaches months before the eviction and no one told us our home was being destroyed. No one told us our home was being treated for rats which would have given us an idea of the way it was being treated. The good people at FHS openly told us that in 2 yrs they had never inspected the property. Which makes me think, why did we pay them ... read more
