I've rented the same house from Family Home Solutions for almost 11 years. I'm very happy here. Anytime there's a problem with the property, they send someone out to fix it. If it's something I need to speak with the office about, there's always someone who answers my message that I leave. They don't hassle me or micromanage me. I have been in FHS property for 6 years the black mold is so bad I have called and tried to get something done but am told to bleach it. Many issues with repairs needing done and when someone is sent out it is not fixed properly. When I call to complain I am told “You are not an owner you are just a renter it is what it is”. Worst experience of our lives! The lease is full of clauses that attempt to eliminate basic human rights. Property was dirty and had trash all over the yard on move in day. We discovered mold and active roof leaks that were marked in maintenance requests as complete. We had to request city inspector come which resulted in dangerous building citation. They still are trying to charge us a lease break fee even after a second inspection by the city which resulted in more code violations being cited. These people don't care about... read more
Lived here for multiple years and looking back I loved this place. First off, they worked with me. They also were there to fix what needed to be fixed. A lot of people think they own all these properties, but they’re property MANAGERS not owners. The properties are owned by different companies/individuals who wanted help with the management. I would recommend FHS to anyone needing a reliable Property Management Company.
