We truly hate for anyone to have a bad experience at Pearl Home Center. This customer recently came to Pearl Home Center after buying 10 acres of land. The customer wanted to use this land for a down payment to purchase a new mobile home. Unfortunately, all 10 acres of this land is in a Flood Way and the county will not give any permits to build or place any structures on this property whatsoever.
