So far, so good. We’ve had a great experience and a nice home. We’ve had many compliments on it. Sara is so professional, and so is Wesley. We would recommend them!
These people are crooks. They took advantage of my daughter and her husband. Took forever to get the home placed. It has been sitting on the pad over a month and still nothing has been repaired. Trim is still hanging down, Sheetrock is practically falling down,there’s a hole in a bedroom ceiling, it’s missing trim on the outside of the home. They brought it out and not one person has come out to do any work to it. Not one person has even called. Just ridiculous.
The service at Pearl Home Center is a joke. They lie about everything from having skirting on site to giving you the furniture. The GM, John, doesn’t try to help the customer, he just says his team has done nothing wrong.
Stand by their word ..which obviously they don't
A friend purchased a home from here and they’ve had nothing but problems. Every person they talk to tells a different story. They’ve called her and her husband liars. BUYER BE WARE!!!!
They don't follow through with their promises. When you call them they don't return your calls. We have had nothing but the runarounds with this company. had I known that they would be like this I NEVER would have bought a home from them. They are always passing the buck.They tell you the price of a home and then thenext thing you know the price has gone up. I will never recommend anyone to purchase a home from them
