My husband and I have had the worst experience with Pearl Home Center. So many things went wrong after they delivered our new home. They’ve only come a handful of times to fix stuff. They finally installed the skirting about 2 months after it was delivered, AND they put the wrong skirting on. We paid for the upgraded skirting and received the standard skirting. RecommendedI always enjoyed looking at trailer homes they are less expensive than the house and pretty much have same stuff as would a house why I admire them so
Once they make a sale on a home, that’s it. They no longer care about making your experience a good one. They never let us know when our home was being moved in. If it wasn’t for our neighbors letting us know it was being moved in , we never would have known. Once my husband got there, it was crooked and he had to make them hook back to it and get it straight. The movers did not care what they tore up moving it in as long as they got it on. My experience with Pearl Home Center has been great!! John Gaines (Lot Manager) stood by his word and delivered more than my expectations & quickly!! Tell him what you’re looking for and he will make it happen. Allie and Sarah are both helpful anytime I call. Go down to Pearl Home Center & tell them I sent you!! You won’t be disappointed. No problems with my home, the delivery process, or installations.
They didn’t hook my cousin trailer up right .. it leaks when it rain a brand new 2019. It also leaks under the sink .. They won’t return ur phone call or come out and do anything about it . They still expect them high as notes to come rolling in tho 🤬
