They need to get up on three bathrooms
One of worst mistakes that we ever made when we walk into his office. Absolutely terrible, terrible service. These people can care less about their customers after they sell you the house. We bought this house with several issues. The first complaint was no hot water in the master bathroom, no power to none of the outlets to the rear of the house of the master bedroom, and no power to the jacuzzi. Home will be nice, if we ever get the installation finished. It's been here almost 2 weeks and now we are told it will be another 2 weeks. So far, terrible follow through after sale.
I can not say enough good things about our experience at Pearl Home Center. We had the pleasure of working with Wesley and he was more then wonderful. He was there with a smile every step of the way for us. Even through hiccups in the process he handled them with a humble and loving attitude! We appreciate and recommend him to anyone!
