We have been seeing Michelle and Dr Helms for over 12 years now and have had consistently wonderful care. We never have to wait for our appointments and they address all of our concerns with professionalism.

My hygienist was through knowledgeable kind and fabulous in every way. I highly recommend to anyone. My daughter is SJSU a patient and they took great care of her Shri she had her wisdom teeth out. The facility is clean bright and comfortable. Best dentist office I’ve ever been to!

Sue is the best. She always takes great care of me. Drs. Mitchell and Alex are so professional yet give a great patient experience. I am not a fan of going to the dentist but this staff sure makes it easier.

Dr Weiner and his assistant were a class act today. They know about my very deep fear of the dentist (no offense). He explained everything, was very empathetic to my discomfort. He did the extraction quickly and counted down how much longer we had left to go. He even turned up the music to distract me. Although I still don’t like going to the dentist, I completely trust him. Thank you for your compassion.

Thanks for always providing the goodie bag but don't like the fact that it's not recyclable as it's plastic and not suitable for any practical reuse--always have to throw it in the trash--paper would probably work fine.

Since I have been going to Sensitive Care I no longer dread my dental appointments! In fact... dare I say it? - I almost look forward to them! Everyone is so nice, and the wonderful staff, along with the ultra-modern equipment, reduces any discomfort to zero. Once upon a time I had experiences in which my mouth would hurt for 2 days after a cleaning, but now when I walk out of the dentists' office I feel a clean mouth rather than discomfort! Having recently moved to CT, I was anxious to find a dentist. My daughter suggested my husband and I go to Sensitive Care where she and her family are patients. My first appointment was very good. The staff I saw today is careful, thorough and have very warm personalities. I felt comfortable and in good hands.
