When I called I think I talked to the owner. I explained to him our AC stopped working over night but my wife had cancer treatment at 11. He said he would send someone right away. The technician repaired my AC and we were able to make her appointment with plenty of time to spare. I was so impressed I bought the service maintenance plan. Not all companies would have done that. The "Family" in there name really means something. Thank you so much

I’ve used Family Heating and Cooling for two years for maintenance on my HVAC system. They have reasonable prices and great technicians. Max was here today and is very efficient and the epitome of great customer service. He’d had a cancellation and called to say he could come earlier if I would like that. I said come on over before it got hot. I had to have a part replaced last year and they were great about showing me what was wrong and why it needed replacing. Edited 7/8/2026 - had my 30 year old Amana AC unit compressor die on the 4th of July, not feasible to repair based on the age of the system. Family Heating and Cooling were able to move some things around on their install schedule and get a whole new Amana furnace and AC system installed 3 days later for what I consider an excellent price, and I have cold air again! AC unit stopped working and within 2 hours they showed up and had it working again. Will definitely be using them again!
