Max was an excellent technician. He fixed the problem, answered our questions honestly, gave advice, and was friendly. You can tell he really cares about his job and helping people. He was awesome to work with and very knowledgeable. Top tier customer service.

Had a problem with my Amana furnace on Friday night. Max called me back really quickly, and was at my house so fast that he must have been really close-by (I’m in Bettendorf). A short time later he diagnosed the problem, explained the problem to me, had a replacement part in his truck to fix it, and after installing and testing it my furnace was working again as normal. Our furnace stopped working last night (Friday night) I called at 4pm and they were at my house before 5 pm, it needed an new part, he went and got a new part replaced it, serviced the furnace (it had been a while) and was out the door by 6:15. He was very friendly and explained what the issue was. Will 100% be using them again.

I’ve always had amazing service w Family heating & cooling. The owner takes care of is customers n works w them. Today I had a new furnace put in due to bad heat exchanger. My tech Ian was amazing. He went above and beyond addressing my concerns. Thank you for great service!
