RecommendedHad the best experience with Family!! we were dealing with a non working furnace for 8 days! One tech came out he couldn’t figure it out and left us in the cold! My friend suggested Family the tech came out he was stumped at first but wouldn’t leave until he got it and he sure did!! We now have heat! I wish I knew his name my husband was with him but i just had to acknowledge Family’s wonderful service!!!! And thank them for giving us heat and ending our stressful week!!
RecommendedWoke up to a furnace issue this morning, called at 8:30 AM and had a tech out by 2:00 PM to repair. Extremely satisfied with the response time, technician & price of repairs. I will be reaching out for any future needs!
Really wished they serviced Newport. I was really wanting to get my furnace, air conditioning and and whole house generator done by the same company at one time.
RecommendedOur furnace stopped working on a Thursday, Friday Family Heating and Cooling was at our house. By 1:00 on Saturday they had a new furnace installed and our heat back on. Not only did they leave us space heaters to use until they could get the new furnace installed, they worked fast and their employees were so very pleasant and professional! Incredible work, incredible pricing and I will never call another company. The installer Dan was so kind and polite! Very happy customer!
RecommendedThey are simply GREAT! Been having them do annual inspections on furnace and A/C for years. just had to replace 17 year old furnace. Not only were they quick to set up installation date, but crew was so polite, efficient and cleaned up everything even better than it was. Both the mechanical and electrical inspectors commented on the "beautiful job" they did and both said they "wished all jobs were this good and easy." Looking forward to Family taking over our annual Generac inspections too.
