RecommendedNick and Jonathan came out to my house from Family Heating to install a new furnace. They were very professional, careful and clean. After the work was done they asked if we had any questions, explained the warranties and rebates, cleaned up everything and left. Great Company, Great Service. I would recommend they to Everybody. Awesome service! Installed new furnace the guys did a awesome job!
Called Family because my aunts furnace is out, they installed it. She is 83 and its going into the 40's at night. They said they'll be available in a WEEK. They have No emergency services. Called Burtons, they'll be here in a couple hours.
Canceled our appointment and then claimed it was never scheduled. Acted like they were doing us a favor by squeezing us in in a time slot neither my husband nor I could make. It is an absolute shame because they did a wonderful repair years ago but it is apparent that their quality and customer service has gone down hill since then.
Thought we were having an issue with our furnace. Very old unit, doubtful the parts would have been cheap. Steve came out and, not only fixed the wiring going to the unit, he also installed our Google Nest which I (lazily) have had for almost a year! Long story short, they could have taken me for hundreds, but instead kept the price down and explained everything thoroughly along the way. I can NOT recommend this place more. I started with this review: We will recommend to all our family and friends for an overall exceptional experience for any heating or cooling needs. We had a furnace, compressor, and complete duct work installed in a 5 day time period. The installers and electricians worked around 2 kids, 2 dogs, and a few very warm days with no problems. I called on Monday around 11AM to inquire about a chimney liner. The woman took my name, phone number, and address and said somebody would contact me right away. Well it’s been two days now and I’ve heard nothing back. Hey that’s fine. I’ll just go to somebody that treats potential customers with more respect. See ya.
