Nice experience. Love the back massage chair, while my teeth were being cleaned. Great professional people.
No one really likes going to the dentist so it is refreshing and less stressful when you are able to be treated by a group of people who are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The staff treats you like family and they go the extra mile(or two!) to make your trip pleasant and to take care of any problems or concerns that you have. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The cleaning was very thorough and she brought my possible grinding to my attention. Dr. Patel was super nice and did a fantastic job of explaining what I needed, the expected procedures to accomplish our goals and why we needed to go into a particular direction. And Polly was fabulous in her efforts to make sure my insurance covered the maximum and keep my out-of-pocket to an extreme low. And I love the new massaging chairs! I found all the staff to be very courteous and helpful. I have only gone in for a cleaning and X-Rays so far but I'm pleased with the professionalism of all the staff. Dr Patel in particular made a great, friendly impression on me and encouraged me despite the work my teeth need. I think the only thing that disappointed me was how rough the cleaning was. It was one of the most uncomfortable cleanings I've had in years, though it was thorough of course. I'm looking forward future appointments.
I am a scary cat when it comes to a dentist but I felt so comfortable with Dr. Patel & he assured me that when I get my root canal that I would be just fine!!!
I love the improvements Dr Patel has made to the dental office and appreciate that he has maintained the support staff we are familiar with. They are always friendly and professional.
Brandi does an awesome job cleaning my teeth. I have very sensitive gums and she doesn't hurt me. I like that. Dr. Patel does a good job checking and all the office staff is very nice.
