Two words: Massage chair. Dr. Patel's staff is always so kind and welcoming, but not overly intrusive with questions you feel embarrassingly compelled to answer while someone else's fingers are in your mouth. Even though I've only seen him a handful of times, my interactions with Dr. Patel always feel personal and meaningful, rather than clinical and rote. I dare say I actually *enjoy* my dentist visits!
I am a carryover patient of Dr. Cravens and have been pleased with my care under Dr. Patel and staff. The staff which was retained after Dr. Cravens retired has always been pleasant to deal with and I'm glad they remained intact. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and professional and I consider this transition to be a good one.
I had a problem tooth, was in pain, and appreciated the staff working me in promptly. Everyone was courteous, and was a pleasure meeting Dr. Patel and rest of the staff.

I was really scared at first since I have been going to Dr. Craven for so many years but Dr. Patel was really great. I will keep referring patients to the clinic.
