The best dentist in Jackson Tennessee!!!
This is the absolute best Dentist around! I have used a few after moving to Tennessee in 2006 and have yet to find a true 100% family dentist that made us feel like this was who we are to stick with! They cater to all of my children my husband and myself. They have been a blessing! I love that I feel like a friend rather than a patient!
I really enjoyed my recent visit to Dr Patel's office! When I walked in Polly and Tina greated my kindly and the waiting area is so tastefully decorated. I was taken to the back by Ms. Laura to a spacious single room, which I prefer, unlike some offices that are setup like stations. She made me feel very at ease and explained everything she was doing and looking at. I must say I love all the changes being made at Jackson Smiles. As always everyone treats me as if I'm the only patient in there. That makes a patient feel good as long as I've been coming there. The New Dentist, Dr. Patel and his wife are wonderful. I really like them too. I love that y'all text to remind me of my appointment. I'm Perfectly Happy. Was very quick to get me in for a much needed dental work. Was very friendly and intuitive to what I had going on. Advised clearly the information I needed to know. Was very efficient in the work done, and even called the next day to see how I was. Top quality Dentist!
Everything here is done right. Appointments are on time, billing is stress less, and the massage chair! The staff is easy going and welcoming. No upsale that you find at some practices. I trust they have my best health in mind.
