On 10-10-17 I had a dental emergency. Being new to the Jackson area I had no idea which dentist to choose. After looking on the internet I noted that this office sets aside time on the schedule for emergencies. I have the office a call and they worked me in on that day. The office staff, dental assistant, and Dr. Patel were awesome. They all made me feel like I was at home. I will definitely recommend this dental office to my family and friends. And plan on making Dr. Patel my dentist while in Jackson.
I had a great experience from the moment I arrived till I walked out the door. Dr. Patel was very gentle and kind. He made sure that I was not in pain. The staff at Jackson's Smiles were so polite and made sure I felt at ease. Thank y'all! 💗

I want to thank Dr Patel and his staff for taking me as a new patient in need of help.i cracked a tooth and one phone call and they took me right in and gave me a great experience in the care of my needs.very professional and very friendly to a new face.the in house Plan for patients without insurance is a great option for people and I also plan to have my whole family there soon.state of the art equipment and very clean office space. Thank you for all you do from Dr Patel to the staff .TOP notch customer service.
The dentist didn't try to talk me into getting expensive treatment like my past two dentists. Simply, an extra cleaning a year is all that's required in my case. I'm glad that I chose Jackson Smiles and so is my wallet
