I can’t say enough good things about Jackson Smiles. The entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable, caring and make you feel right at home. Not an easy feat for me. Dr. Patel even called me at home after my first procedure to check on how I was feeling something no dentist has ever done for me before. If you’re putting off dental work, don’t. Go see the folks at Jackson Smiles, you won’t regret it.

I have now had my implants for 2 months and am very pleased with the results. Dr Patel and his staff are the best! I feel very comfortable with all his staff and he is The Best Dentist I have had perform dental work to my teeth. Dr Patel is a great asset to Jackson TN and I hope we keep him as he definitely knows what he is doing and is the best at it . So if you are considering implant tooth replacement this is the Dentist I recommend to get the job done wright ! Thanks Dr Patel !! I can eat steak again! !!!

As a person with a lifelong phobia of going to the dentist, getting the proper dental care has always been difficult. Dr. Patel, Brandi, and the rest of the staff go out of the way to make my visits less stressful. Polly does an excellent job of dealing with the insurance nightmare, so I don't have to! I still do not enjoy going to the dentist (does anyone?) but I no longer dread my visits, and am confident that I receive the very best dental care available. I had a great experience at Jackson Smiles! All of the staff was super friendly. I needed impressions, and despite the fact that they were about to close, they went ahead and did the impressions right away, so I would not have to schedule an extra appt to come back. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone!

Everyone was kind, considerate and very professional. The staff did an excellent job and answered all my questions. They made me feel at ease and less worried about going to the dentist. I would recommend this dental practice to everyone that I know.
