First time visit, everybody is friendly, very informative & professional. Every single thing was explained to me so I understood. All prices are upfront which is great, plus I like the idea of buying basic care upfront, plus there are printed handouts for referral. I had not been to the dentist in quite a while, Amanda & Dr Patel did not chastise me . Thank you both for your gentle hands. Thank you all for your amazing welcome.

I have always been nervous going to the dentist until last week when I went to see Dr. Patel for the first time. I am so glad I switched dentist. I had to have a root canal and cap. He explained everything to the tee and even showed me what was going on with my teeth. He is awesome and I would highly recommend him.

I awoke with a toothache, called Jackson Smiles, and they were great about working me in to be seen. Dr. Patel patiently explained the problem and a treatment plan. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.
