I had a great visit everyone was very friendly & helpful.
From the moment I stepped in the door, until the time I left, Dr. Patel as well as the entire staff made me feel like I was their primary focus. As busy as each of them were, they all made sure to keep me 100% informed of what they were doing, making sure I was comfortable and ensuring that each of my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
I went to Jackson Smiles for my annual cleaning yesterday. They were very professional great service and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the service they were providing

My experience with Jackson Smiles was as good as it gets. I’m not a great patient when it comes to the dentist because I tend to panic a little but Tina picked up on it and was quick to try to help calm me. Her and Lydia both were great. They really helped me to relax and not go off the deep end. Dr Patel was knowledgeable and great about explaining things in a way that made it easy for me to understand it as well.
