We love Dr. Patel and his whole staff! They all do an excellent job and we are completely confident in them taking care of all our dental needs, for us as adults and our 3 and 6 year olds. They are all great!
The entire staff at Jackson Smiles were kind, very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Very up to date technology as well. This was my first visit and I was very impressed. I highly recommend this Family Dentistry office.
I haven’t had a regular dentist in a few years I was referred to Jackson Smiles from the receiptist team to the hygienists all are friendly and welcoming and a joy to talk to and Dr Patel is personable and explains every thing without tons of medical terms so to help you understand I’m need of a new dentist Jackson Smiles is for you
Such a friendly environment when you walk in, as well as during the entire appointment. They made sure I was comfortable and would ask for my opinion/approval before moving on to any procedure that needed to be done. Dr. Patel was very professional (staff too) and would ask if I need a break, frequently, during the procedure. I greatly appreciate Dr. Patel and his staff.
This is the absolute best dentist office I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Petal is such a good doctor and you can tell he really cares about his patients. My family and I are moving to another city and I’m so sad that we will have to find another dentist. We are definitely going to miss Jackson Smiles.

Service was great and the atmosphere is very inviting.
Sarah did a great job on my cleaning. She has a very pleasant demeanor, and is very skilled. She is not rough like some hygienists I have experienced prior to moving to your practice. I have my next appointment on 3/19/19--is it possible to request her for this? Both my wife and I have a high trust level in Dr. Patel, and high confidence in his knowledge of all facets of dental care.
