Jackson Smiles is the first dental office I visited in Jackson, TN, and it was an excellent choice. Knowing someone who is a patient at Jackson Smiles, I took a chance going there. I am so glad now to be a patient there. The staff is friendly with patients and friendly among themselves. Dr. Patel is kind, patient, and confident. On my first visit, Dr. Patel was able to do some emergency dental work. It was as though I was the only patient there. I'm looking forward to having all my dental work completed at Jackson Smiles!

My visit for a dental oral cleaning went well. The hygienist was professional and explained all she was doing. All personnel working at Jackson Smiles were cordial and professional during my visit.
The staff and dr patel are the sweetest people to make u feel welcome and comfortable when you have to have any work done.
Dr. Patel, his wife Tina, and the Entire Staff are Wonderful. I’ve been a patient there for years, even before Dr. Patel took over. I must say since he has taken over, it’s way better than before. They have state of the Art everything. They have massaging dental chairs and the seats will warm if you so desire. They offer insurance to those that don’t have it. It’s the Best Experience you will have at a Dentist Office. I highly recommend them. They are Professional and very caring in every sense of the word.
I had a great experience with Dr. Patel and Amanda! Very sweet and knowledgeable about my procedures.
I really like the service, I will be returning to get the rest of my dental work.
