Everything was great.
I had had a previously bad episode with another dentist and walking through the doors of Jackson Smiles was instantly comfortable. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful and instantly made me feel at home. The dental service is grade A+ and everything is super clean.

The entire staff is friendly and professional from reception to the hygienist and Dr. Patel. Scheduling appointments is easy. The office is clean and modern (the massage chair is a nice touch). They are gentle with the floss and pick. Everyone communicates as caring professionals. I recommend Jackson Smiles to family and friends.

In the past I had horrible experiences with dentists. Dr. Patel talked me through my entire procedure to keep my calm and even called to check on me the day after the procedure. Hands down the best dentist I've ever seen. I'm so glad that I found a dentist that cares how the patient feels!
