Very friendly office, with professional and informative staff. The Dr. Patel is also very real and approachable. I was very pleased and would recommend this practice.

Had an excellent experience with Jackson Smiles Family Dentistry. The hygienist I saw was very nice and did an excellent cleaning. Dr. Patel was one of the best dentists I have ever seen, he was in no rush and took his time to show and explain what he saw and placed a referral for me. I most definitely recommend!
Jackson Smiles is a great dental office. The wait times are very short and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel is great with making you feel comfortable in every way with any procedure he performs. Definitely the best experience you can have at a dental office.
Everyone was super friendly and explained everything they were doing as they did it. Took before and after pics to show me exactly what I had and explained what I needed to do better. Going to be here for long term hopefully!

I’ve been going to Jackson Smiles since I moved here 4 years ago. I go to my routine cleaning and check up twice a year. I appreciate that they keep their appointments on time. I’ve never had to wait. My hygienist, Brandi, does a great job. I especially like the heated chair as I am always cold. The chair also has a massage. I’ve had fillings, a crown and other dental work. Dr Patel does great work.
