I have MAJOR dental anxiety and a lot of work to be done. The dental hygienist (Brandy) was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Dr. Patel was very professional, Nice and made me feel so relieved in assuring me we can get my mouth healthy! I would recommend this office to anyone who asked!!
It had been over 10 years since I last went to a dentist. Everyone was very friendly. It was a relatively pain-free experience. The hygienist who worked on my teeth was wonderful and gentle and explained things clearly. I was very anxious before my visit. Next visit I won't be.
We received excellent care and I was very happy
Everyone was very helpful and nice. They took their time explaining everything to me and answering my questions. I am very impressed with Dr. Patel, he is very easy to talk to.

Unfortunately I have terrible teeth and a painful situation that makes me long for labor instead of this feeling! Jackson Smiles staff were welcoming, comforting and quick. Very organized office. Everyone is friendly & professional & also cordial to one another. Brandi answered some questions I had as she cleaned my teeth. And my teeth still feel great.
