Although my visit was short because of the virus that’s going around, All the staff was very nice! The orthodontist himself was very nice! I would recommend this office to anyone.

We love the team at Jackson Smiles. They call you by name when you walk through the door and treat each patient with respect. A few months after I moved to Jackson I woke up at 3am with a horrible tooth ache. After searching area dentists online, I saw good reviews for Jackson Smiles so I gave them a call when they opened. Wow,where do i begin! I have to say all my anxiety, and panic that arises when i go to the dentist is something horrible. When i came here the staff, Dentist, and environment help me become relaxed. I went in and had xrays, and 2 teeth pulled that went very well, from the beginning till the end. Thanks so much Dr. Patel and Staff for a job well done for this anxiety, and panic having patient. 😁👏🤝🦷

I arrived to the appointment a little nervous but determined not to hurt another day. Pleasant greetings from staff assisted me to feel comfortable. Sat in the chair and Dr Pateloon came in with greeting and reassuring words. He took the time to apply something so the shots to numb the jaw DID NOT HURT.
