I highly recommend this medical office. I had a terrible experience with a medical office in Fresno and decided to give this office a shot. I am very glad I did as my experience here was amazing and the doctor was compassionate and very knowledgeable.
I took my daughter to Madera Family Health Services last week after waiting forever to get in at Camarena. Their schedule was super backed up and last time we waited almost 4 hours just to be seen. A friend told me about this new clinic so I decided to try it, and honestly it was such a good experience. The nurse was really nice and actually listened, and the doctor took time to explain what was going on with my daughter instead of rushing us. Expect to wait over 3 hours here. Slow, unprofessional and rude staff. Definitely the last time I come here.
