Doctor is great. Staff is great. It’s just a bit hard to understand some of the staff.
The receptionist at this place is just horrible. I’ve been coming here since I was a little bored for 30 years, And let me just say all of the doctors in the back including Stacy, bill, etc, Are great. The receptionist upfront, however, is very rude, Like she always has a chip on her shoulder. The only thing that she should be doing is scheduling you an appointment. Horrible atención por parte de la recepcionista latina, es racista con otros latinos y te trata muy grosero, la dentista es muy amable y las otras chicas americanas también.
I called to reschedule my appointment 3 hours prior because my sons dad can’t get off work. The receptionist questioned me bout if I could make my next appointment in time since I have to pick my son up today? lol that is none of her business I’m a grown woman… Don’t question me bout nothing that don’t have to do with my teeth and health!!
Dr Erika white and her assistant are amazing. My daughters are more than happy after getting their teeth cleaned. She is such a kind hearted and caring person. Love her and her team!
