Mrs Johnson is the best give me best advice luv her
They never have ANY of their health providers in office , they are always tryna make me go way far out or to the little clinic . Front desk ppl are RUDE . The whole place needs all new staff
They never answer the phone! Suggestion: When you are there at your medical appointment, you better make sure you make an appointment for your next visit. There is confusion throughout the staff. Support Staff training and english language education are needed. Caitlin reminded me of Fiona Gallagher and didn’t want to listen to my concerns. I am a patient of Junice Johnson and I commend her. Agree with others. The office staff are horrible unless u speak Spanish. They look at you like you have a 3rd eyeball if u walk in there and speak English. They are very rude and can never get answers. They mess up appts too.
