I’ve been going here about 10 years and have never had a problem. My PCP is great and has no problem spending extra time with me if something is bothering me with other issues. I’ve never had an issue with making appointments.
Thanks to their mental health services, I don't trust anyone for any reason anymore. Nearly a year I spent on the waiting list for mental health services, just for them to forge their paperwork so they could wash me out. these people are literally paid to give a damn about me and they still can't be bothered. How is that supposed to make me feel, other than a lost cause?
Would be zero if it could but I can stomach the one star by attributing the raise above what the overall location deserves to the kind nurse in the bloodwork lab who was very accommodating when I had to have some tests done. The actual PCP office and especially the billing and scheduling teams are atrocious. All I wanted was to get set up with a PCP for my annual physical.
