When my 18 month daughter not only had cold symptoms but was also unusually lethargic, I called the clinic 5 minutes before they were going to close. The doctor on call was very gracious in addressing my concerns right away on the phone and had me come to the office for a last minute appointment. For a medical clinic in Ellensburg, this is the best you are gonna get. Dr. Mongrain is highly competent and understanding. They do not take medicare patients which severely limits those people who are on medicare (I am not) and forces them to go with the in town monopoly of KVH. Family Health Care isnt perfect but its pretty good.
Normally I love this place. Both my daughters have been going here since birth. James is the BEST nurse!!But today was a different story. As we sit waiting for an appointment for my husband that is an hour late. Why even make appointments? There new little computer check in system does nothing for efficiency.
Amazingly caring staff. They are really there for you when things go sideways. A text from my doctor, no wasting of time to get critical appointments and referrals.
Dr Walters is an amazing Doctor! My kids love the doctors, nurses and staff here! We thank God for each and every one of them!
I see Dr Walters. He is amazing, kind and competent. I have really appreciated the way he has treated me. I look forward to continued care here until I leave the area.
I love FHCOE. We usually see Dr. Mongrain when we're there and he is always very attentive and takes the time to listen to concerns. I've also seen Dr. Walters and he is great too! I've never felt rushed when I've been there.
