I really enjoy this group of doctors! My sons see Dr. Walters but sometimes we see Ryan Beachy or Aaron Long too. I see Dr. Haney. In February, Aaron Long caught RSV in my baby which resulted in a week stay at VM Yakima Pediatric unit. We have gone to the doctors a lot this year. Pink eye, RSV, stomach bugs, random temps... we always feel welcome and well cared for with these guys. I appreciate the amount of education that is part of each appointment. Excellent doctors and staff here. They've been a really big help to me over the years, above and beyond just basic healthcare.
love love love dr. Walter's as our pediatrician. hes attentive, kind and takes time to make parents and the kiddos feel comfortable and educated. He had even provided his personal # and answered my calls after hours to answer any questions or calm any fears I may be having as a new mama. The office is clean and the staff is kind and quick to work with you and your schedule/availability as needed.
Good folks, however you are rarely seen anywhere near you appointment time. That alone is why I would rate at 3 stars.
I was told to pray away my anxiety and depression, and that no medical attention would be given for those issues.
Family Health Care of Ellensburg and staff went well out of their way to accommodate my request to see a kiddo needing sutures today after being refused service at the specified PCP. The entire experience from speaking to Nurse Kalina, checking in with front office and care by PA Beachy and team was flawless!! Thank you so much!!
I have been seeing Dr. Walters as my PCP for awhile and recently have made a few visits due some abnoral pain that became cripplingly bad, so much that I was nauseous and was relieved of my work duties. I was immediately put on the schedule and seen. Dr. Walters diligently addressed my symptoms to ensure no underlying disease was present which gave me a great deal of peace of mind.
