The staff is so sweet knowledgeable! They make every effort to make your visit easy and quick! Dr. Moreno is AMAZING! She takes her time with her patients to truly understand their needs, and listens to any and all questions while providing answers that are easy to understand!
Dr Bescos and her team are very warm and engaging and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I have been a patient of Dr Bescos for the last 8 years and I love the new convenient location and the care and attention that Dr Bescos has always given to me on what is normally a very nervous day for me. Everyone was very helpful and didn't over do it. I felt like I was home and I felt protected upon meeting the COO today! Everyone has a calming knowledgeable affect on you and was trying to do everything in their power to provide what you need. I also felt a strong push to make me accept a procedure and/or a shot but I had to repeat the word "no" because of my rights as a patient! Otherwise I'm happy with my choices.
