They called to let me know the technician was running behind, then phoned and emailed when he was on his way. In addition, they send a picture of the tech. The technician was very friendly, and clearly explained the issue. He promptly drew up two options, then fixed the problem in good time. Devon did a great job working the issue we had and completed it without having to replace one panel of the garage door, which I thought was going to happen. If you need garage door help, A1 is who to call!
Technician called and told us he could come earlier than the scheduled time so I told him to come ahead and he was here within 30 minutes. He did an excellent job replacing the door, rails, and springs and hauled the old stuff away when he left. I would definately recommend this company.

Very helpful company for my garage door repair. I was having trouble with my door closing consistently, especially on sunny mornings. After an inspection, I was given several repair options from the high end of replacing all parts to low end of just replacing sensors. We suspected that replacing sensors would solve majority of issues for now, so chose that option. Garage door works great now on sunny or cloudy days. I will use them when it’s time for a full garage door replacement down the road.
