I was pleased with the work performed and feel that the tech's recommendations were valid and needed. The work was completed in a timely manner and my questions were answered.

Caleb did a great job. The previous Garage Door company from 5 years ago did not install the springs correctly adding undue wear on other parts of the mechanism. He spend at least 3 hours working on the problems. I have confidence the problems have been resolved and the new materials used will hold up to the "wear and tear" of repeated use.
A big bunch of crooks that will try to take every penny the can...Would never use it recommend them...
