Garage door quit working so I contacted homeadvisor this company was quick to get back with me and scheduled to come to the repair they called me and told me that I needed a new spring and then sold me a package to replace both after they installed the springs they called me back and said the garage door opener was not working and they couldn't fix it!

I interviewed 4 garage door businesses. 1 didn't call back, 1 wouldn't come out to talk to me, 1 came out for $20 and kept raising the price. Family Garage Door sent a polite, experienced, tech. Described the job and did what he described. Charged the price he said he would. Installed a great new opener well. Cleaned up his mess and carefully moved/replaced any items in his way. Great job! Life time warenty.

A spring broke on my garage door late at night and could not get the door back open. My car was inside. I googled several local businesses for an estimate and repair (it was well after 10pm) and left several messages to several companies. Within 5 minutes the owner of Family Garage contacted me and said he could have a technician at my house at 7am in the morning, And he gave me a discount on the work that was done to fix my garage door. Called the office on the way to office in the morning and the door was fixed by 5pm. Office staff were great. Rick was incredibly professional and low pressure, letting us know everything we should know to have our door in peak condition. Price was comparable with other companies. We highly recommend Rick for your garage door repairs!
