Prompt and professional, showing up exactly when they said they would and offered all variables for what may need to be done, with costs, up front. And gave an an un-asked fro $15.00 discount on the overall job. He even replaced a burnt out bulb in the garage door opener for me while he was on the ladder.

Very thorough with work and were able to come same day for service. They worked around my schedule.
They were on time , professional & courteous.
Good price for the service (replacing the assist springs) especially for a Saturday service call . Other garage door companies charged extra for the weekend service. Service representative (Rick) was very knowledgeable and professional.
The appointment was for 8 am. The service person called at 8:45 and wanted to know if 9:20 would be okay. He identified the issue without much trouble but his only option for fixing it was the $189 Winterization. He was back a week later to replace the motor, which may have been the problem from the start, for an additional $300.
