The work was outstanding. The garage door is quiet and nice and smooth. But, I had to purchase two new springs that replaced good springs already on the door. It did make the door work smoother but it was a large expense ($399).

Final update and review: I originally had the Springs break on my big garage and had to have those replaced in addition I asked for tune-ups on both my large and small garage. The tune up was not done to my satisfaction, but the owner Mark sent someone out the next day. The tech could have been more professional and it required Mark, the owner, get involved. These guys were very timely, efficient and very friendly!
I was in a hurry that day and did not get a chance to research pricing, so I cannot say how comparable they were to other garage door companies. They said they would be here between 10 - 11, I got a call that they were on their way and would be here by 10 and were. I needed a garage door opener and was on the fence about a door. He (sorry cannot remember his name) told me that my door was still in good shape and he would recommend just changing out the rollers and spring which was half the price. Jarred Thuer, the technician, was so nice, professional and very knowledgeable with his works. Job was done in a timely manner and our garage is working really good now. It seems quieter too.
